This charming chalet village is located on a south-east-facing slope 1,100 metres above sea level on the edge of the village of Innerfragant in the nationalpark-municipality of Flattach.
The Mölltal Glacier region is the only glacier area in Europe which has yet to have its investment and residential opportunities fully tapped.
The Mölltal Glacier offers the highest average snowfalls of all Austria’s glacial ski areas and guarantees excellent ski conditions year-round. The chalet village is located on the closest point to the Gletscherbahn cable car, which climbs several hundred feet to the glacial ski area where ski teams from around the world come to train.
Innerfragant is centrally located between the two main towns in the district Spittal (motorway connection), home to the famous Porcia Palace, and Lake Millstättersee and Lienz (about 40 km to each), Villach (80 km), and about 120 km from the state capital of Klagenfurt. You’re also 80 minutes away from the Lake Wörthersee and just 3.5 hours from the seaside.
